Born at Eglin AFB and grew up in Florida. I attended Ft.Walton Bch High School and graduated from Stetson University with a B.M. Vocal Perfomance and University of Arizona with M.M., Vocal Performance.
I attended both Asbury Theological Seminary and Candler School of Theology from which I completed my Theological Studies. I am now in my 26th year of ministry having served several churches in the Florida Annual Conference, most recently having served at Wesley Memorial UMC, Ft Myers.

Julie and family have lived in Hobe Sound 46 years. Daughter Kara attended the 1st FUMCHS Youth and Vacation Bible School. Upon leaving the corporate world, Julie began to volunteer in the Children's Ministry and Office. In 2024, she was asked to become an office staff person at FUMCHS.

Don leads our Adult Discipleship area, and has been involved in church ministry for 20 years. Most of that experience is as a contemporary worship leader.
